We'll be shipping our product from Kodiak to Puget Sound cold storages. In Port Townsend, Washington, some of the
product will be turned into vacuum sealed fillets and some will be smoked. The vacuum sealed and smoked salmon all will
be priced FOB Port Townsend or FOB Bellingham, Seattle or Tacoma Washington, depending on the cold storage we are using.
Large orders of salmon frozen in the round (unbutchered) will be priced FOB Kodiak, Alaska. All orders will be subject
to $.06 per pound for Alaska state taxes. Any product sold from Washington state will also be subject
to Washington State taxes. Due to fuel costs and a fluctuating market these prices may change. Prices
will lock after a ten percent deposit is made on the order.

*** How much time passed between when the salmon was caught and when the salmon was actually
frozen?
*** How often was the salmon transferred before actually being frozen?
*** (bleeding the salmon dramatically increases shelf life) Was the salmon bled immediately after being
caught and was it alive before being bled? (gill net caught salmon are usually already dead when they
come aboard and if the heart isn't pumping when the fish is bled, bleeding isn't nearly as effective).
***Was the salmon able to swim while being bled? (A fish bled while swimming rather than flopping
around on a hard deck will be less bruised and able to expel more blood)
