to chase one lonesome fish
They said you wouldn't catch it

The Captain wasn't the kind of man
that wouldn't take a dare
The fish was fast and slippery
but the captain didn't care
He climbed up on the bulwarks
and gave his crew a glare
And then proceeded to strip down....

Well the captain he did swim
around and round that bay
the mighty fish eluded him
for nearly half a day
But when the captain finally
dragged himself a shore

they all began to munch
